14． 投標人必須于投標截止期前在中國國際招標網（www.chinabidding.com）上成功注冊，并將《供貨商注冊登記表》打印并加蓋公章或法人代表簽字后郵寄給網站。否則投標人將不能有效地進入招標程序，由此產生的后果將由投標人自己負責。投標保證金銀行費用由投標人承擔。
