A.中華人民共和國境內（不含香港、澳門、臺灣）注冊的、具有獨立法人資格的設備制造商（須提供經年審合格的《企業法人營業執照》、《組織機構代碼證》及《稅務登記證》）；

13． 投標時必須提供《投標文件》的電子文檔壹份。
One copy of electronic document of Tender Document must be provided during tender.
14． 投標人必須于投標截止期前在中國國際招標網（www.chinabidding.com）上成功注冊，并將《供貨商注冊登記表》打印并加蓋公章或法人代表簽字后郵寄給網站。否則投標人將不能有效地進入招標程序，由此產生的后果將由投標人自己負責。投標保證金銀行費用由投標人承擔。
The bidder must register on www.chinabidding.com successfully before the bid submission deadline, and print Supplier Registration Form with official stamp or signature of legal representative before mailing to the website. Otherwise, the bidder can not enter into the bidding procedures effectively, and the bidder shall be responsible for the consequence thereof.
